Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide our AI voice agent services effectively. This includes personal information you provide when setting up your account, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Through our AI voice agents, we also collect call data including caller names, phone numbers, conversation content, appointment details, and customer inquiry information. We automatically collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage patterns when you use our website or services. Additionally, we may collect business information you provide to train your AI agent, including your services, pricing, availability schedules, and specific call handling instructions.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used primarily to deliver and improve our AI voice agent services. We use personal and call data to operate your AI agents, qualify leads, capture appointment requests and deliver them to you, provide customer support, and email you a call report after every call. We process conversation data to continuously train and improve our AI technology, ensuring better accuracy and more natural interactions. Your business information helps us customize your AI agent to represent your company accurately and handle inquiries appropriately. We also use contact information to communicate with you about your account, service updates, and technical support. Payment information is used solely for billing purposes and processing subscription fees.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or customer data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and technical support partners. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and can only use your information for the specific services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. In such cases, we will ensure the receiving party maintains the same privacy protections outlined in this policy.
Data Security and Protection
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal information and call data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols and encrypted at rest using advanced encryption algorithms. Access to your information is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions, and all access is logged and monitored. We conduct regular security audits, maintain secure data centers with physical access controls, and implement multi-factor authentication for all system access. Our AI systems are designed to automatically detect and protect sensitive information during call processing, ensuring personally identifiable information is handled with appropriate care.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You have several rights regarding your personal information and how we use it. You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. You have the right to request a copy of all personal information we have collected about you, including call data and conversation records. You can also request that we delete your personal information, though some data may need to be retained for legal or business purposes. If you wish to opt out of certain communications, you can update your preferences in your account settings. For customers in certain jurisdictions, additional rights may apply, including the right to data portability and the right to object to certain types of processing.
Call Recording and Data Retention
Holding a spoken conversation necessarily involves processing call audio. That processing is carried out by a third-party AI voice provider on our behalf, and that provider may retain call audio and transcripts under its own terms and retention schedule. AllCall does not operate its own call recording service and does not offer recordings back to customers; what we keep is the written call report and the details captured from the conversation, which is what we email to you. Personal information is generally retained for the duration of your active subscription plus an additional period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion of your data upon account cancellation, subject to any legal retention requirements and to the retention terms of the voice provider that handled the calls.
